Yeha, well that was a random post. We had to do something for ELA class on ou rhroes and I chose Sidney crosby and Batman, Because there pretty much known for that they do. Yeah, this is a really random post since I like never post anymore. I thought i could just update it. Yeah school is great I guess. I you call grade nine great. haha. Yeah i won’t be in Snow Lake every much longer. I am heading my self up north with my grandmother, Leaf Rapids is the place. There volleyball team was here over the weekend for a tournament. The Leaf rapids girls placed 4th and the Leaf Rapids guys placed first, the last time they got first in volleyball was 6 years ago so congratulations. Snow Lake girls for 5th. The Snow Lake guys came in 4th I think I am not to sure.

Mid terms are coming up, actually this week I have three exams. ICT,art and ELA. ICT is a bit hard to study for since everything is done on computers. We don’t really have a art exam its kinda just a art meeting with our art teacher Mr.Deighton. And then theres ELA not my best subject. It’s the class thats holding me back from playing volleyball. But hopefully I am able to get my grade for zones.

Halloween, Yeah it was ok i guess if u call a 15 year old trick or treating. Yeah i would definatly consideder that fu expesially when ur with two of your best friends. Whos old than you. HaHa. Yeah this year was my last year for trick or treating I did all town this year. Huge pillow case of candy, pop, and chips.

Billy Talent Concert, My faveorite band is heading to Winnipeg In January. I am ateneding it but the thing is it may be during exams so I am not sure and after my last exam i am moving. So its quite confusing. I was asked to go see the concert from my cousin and her friend. I am pretty excited.

Well I guess thats it for now i hope to post another post sometime soon. If my computer is not being annoying. Well TTyls

School and such

School has been awesome lately I love our classes. There so fast with having no breaks besides changhing classes the day goes by so fast. We have this semester ICT{imformation communitcation technolgy} and our teacher is Mr. Beliman. Art which you probly all ready no what it is. ELA{english language arts} And Home ecenomics and also social studies. They’re all pretty basic so far were just getting started. The one think i really miss about middle school was my last teacher he was awesome you may have heard of him Mr. Fisher he was a amazing teacher one of my faveorites.

Volleyball just started and i am really ecited for that but on monday we have tryouts for the seconds time. And then there are cuts made I am really nervious for them/ there are some really amazing players in our school But anyways I must be headinger lol.

Driving on the road

Ok, There are many cars, trucks, and vans that have dvd players or cd players but they are in the back seat of the car. But i whitnessed people on my way home to Snow Lake from Winnipeg they had there own screens in the front of there car. And there driving was awful and reckless. Which I am guessing that the screen was distracking the driver. Which is very dangerous. They would swerve to the right and to the left. And there driving was amazingly fast about 150 ish a 100 zone which is very bad for driving on a highway. I just had to write this post be I though that you whould like to no that you should be careful on the highway or driving anywhere. The person ahead of you or even behind you maybe not paying attention to the road. And BAM!!! someone is in the hospital the next day. Well anyways byebye

”we all have a voice”

This is a blog post i had done with out old blogs.

We may often update our blogs but we don’t do it enough. I don’t think that we don’t understand that we have a voice to speak up. Tell what we think of the world And what we think can change. I think we can change that I think we can say and what we think. For everything that is happening with this world we have nothing to say about it. That ok and all there are other students that tell what they think. We had started speaking up but it stoped after the new year. I don’t think our class cares to much about the hole blogging thing but I do its awesome to say what you think.
This is from our old blogs when i had wrote this and now our blogs are about image and stuff but i kinda gave up on our blogs. I had so many people leaveing me really incouraging comments telling me that I was write really moving peices and that i should keep writing stuff like it. Here are some things i had done

Not Fair

Is it fair for only adults to vote from ages 18 and up? I don’t think so. I think that voting should be open for ages of 16 and up because some sixteen or seventeen year olds may want to vote. They have voices too, they can say who they think are good for the part. In the Federal Election today, January 23rd 2006 and the ages are 18 and up. There are many people that don’t vote so why not get more votes from those who have voice and are younger. They all count too. They can replace those who haven’t voted. Right now it is 7:14 and the polls are about to close and I hope every Canadian over the age of 18 voted; please every vote counts for those who are running.

I didn’t even realize that our blogs are being read every day and now with our new blogs I don’t care to much. But then thats all going to change.

Ok, this website here. Is a website were are looking at. there are two link at the enter page one for teachers and one for kids. As soon as i saw the site I thought that this was a site for young kids but then I spotted the links to teacher and kids. And they were right about kids I don’t know if any grade eight student or grade seven students will ever get close to a site like this but then I don’t think any young kids would be going to it either. So I would apreciate dif thwere site got more advinced.

On the site there kinda but not really explaning what copyright is. Even on the teacher side of the site it looks like it can be for a more younger youth. Well for my sake i think that maybe if i ever need some fun time with a word seach bi would go there but for help i don’t think so.

Hey I was looking thought some blogs and I saw a blog post on rules on bloging and if theymake sense. By the Mrs. Mcleay’s class blog.

I was browsing and I saw a post on the first chapter of the hobbit. We were suposed to read the book the hobbit this year but I guess we never got around to reading it. So I read this and it seemed pretty good so I decided to link it. There post has the first paraagraph of the chapter then they have to continue it your own way. Take a look.

Going to Winnipeg

Once again this month I am going to Winnipeg, Manitoba. it is a beautiful place but sometime you can get sick of it. I have already been to Winnipeg four times this years and it is only may. Oh, Well I am going to Winnipeg to see Ash she is my dad’s girlfriends daughter. I am leaving to go to Winnipeg after school today. My thinks we will be in Winnipeg I maybe a little before 12:00. It is about a six/seven hour drive. When I get Winnipeg I am totaly going to sleep because tommrrrow I am going shopping with my dad and his girlfriend and her three daughter’d it is going to be lot of fun. Friday night my dad is dropping me off at my friends house in winnipeg so I can stay the night were we are going to go watch a movie together. By the way my friends names are Nikita, Jessica and Matt. Saturday my dad is taking me and the girl’s to the Winnipeg zoo. I have onyl been there once before and iw ent there at see a singer. There was a stage set up and he had sang there the singer was shawn Desman. He was really good but that was like almost three years ago. So I am pretty excited to be going to the zoo once again. Then on Sunday we are leaving to come back because my dad have to go to work that night. Well anyways……..
